Jen Jasmin – Via Matta, Boston
Absolut Vanilla Vodka mixed with Triple Sec, fresh lime juice, simple syrup and sour mix. Shaken and served straight up.
Stella al Fresco
Jennifer Murphy – Stella & Ki Bar, Boston
Absolut Ruby Red Grapefruit Vodka mixed with fresh lime juice, simple syrup and Ruby Red Grapefruit juice. Shaken and served straight up with a splash of Sprite.
Flash’s Cocktails, Boston
New Amsterdam Gin mixed with Domaine De Canton Ginger liqueur, fresh lemon juice and a splash of lemonade. Shaken and served straight up with a splash of Chambord.
Jen Fields – Toro, Boston
Pinnacle Vodka mixed with muddled mint leaves and lemons and a splash of simple syrup. Served on the rocks with a champagne float.

Elizabeth Cerrato – Bukowski Tavern, Cambridge
Hornitos Platinum Tequila mixed with Triple Sec, fresh lime juice, grapefruit juice and Lagunitas Pilsner. Shaken and served on the rocks.

Muddled oranges mixed with Absolut Wild Tea Vodka and a splash of
Saint Germain shaken and served on the rocks and topped with lemonade and ginger ale.
The following are the Parish Cafe’s own cocktail creations.
Muddled orange slice topped with Jim Beam Rye Whiskey, peach puree, dash of orange bitters, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shaken and served on the rocks topped with gingerale.
Absolut Citron Vodka with Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur, clove simple syrup and apple cider. Served up with an apple slice.
Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur and Bailey’s Caramel Irish Cream mixed with hot chocolate and topped with whipped cream.
The Breakfast of Champions
Bacardi Superior Light Rum and Pinnacle Vodka with Crème de Banana Liqueur, orange juice, cranberry juice, and pineapple juice. Served on the rocks with an orange slice.
Cranberry Apple Margarita
Sauza Giro Silver Tequila and triple sec with clove simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, apple cider and cranberry juice. Served on the rocks with your choice of rim.
Hazelnut Espresso Martini
Stoli Vanille, Patrón XO Café Coffee Liqueur, Crème de Cocoa Liqueur, Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur and whipped cream. Served up with an espresso bean.
Grandten Distilling Wire Works American Gin with peach schnapps, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and peach puree. Shaken and served on the rocks.
Light & Nutty
Bacardi Superior Rum with Disaronno Amaretto and fresh lemon juice. Served on the rocks topped with Goslings Ginger Beer.
Pinnacle Vodka with rosemary-infused brown sugar syrup, strawberry syrup and fresh lemon juice. Served on the rocks and topped with soda water.
Blood Orange Mango Margarita
Sauza Giro Silver Tequila and triple sec with blood orange puree, mango juice, lime juice and sour mix. Served on the rocks with choice of rim.
Kenwood Sparkling Wine with triple sec and pomegranate juice.
Bulldog Gin with Saint Germain Elderflower Liqueur and hot apple cider.
Pinot Grigio mixed with peach schnapps, guava and mango juices. Served on the rocks topped with soda water and an orange slice.
Merlot mixed with brandy, orange liqueur, orange and pomegranate juices. Served on the rocks topped with a splash of Sprite and an orange slice.
