Specialty Cocktails

The following are cocktails created by fabulous bartenders from near and far for your enjoyment.

 

Wandering Poet
Jen Jasmin – Via Matta, Boston
Absolut Vanilla Vodka mixed with Triple Sec, fresh lime juice, simple syrup and sour mix. Shaken and served straight up.

 

Stella al Fresco
Jennifer Murphy – Stella & Ki Bar, Boston
Absolut Ruby Red Grapefruit Vodka mixed with fresh lime juice, simple syrup and Ruby Red Grapefruit juice. Shaken and served straight up with a splash of Sprite.

 

Ginger Darling
Flash’s Cocktails, Boston
New Amsterdam Gin mixed with Domaine De Canton Ginger liqueur, fresh lemon juice and a splash of lemonade. Shaken and served straight up with a splash of Chambord.

 

Southender
Jen Fields – Toro, Boston
Pinnacle Vodka mixed with muddled mint leaves and lemons and a splash of simple syrup. Served on the rocks with a champagne float.

 

Cerveza Con Pomelo
Elizabeth Cerrato – Bukowski Tavern, Cambridge
Hornitos Platinum Tequila mixed with Triple Sec, fresh lime juice, grapefruit juice and Lagunitas Pilsner. Shaken and served on the rocks.

 

Jen’s Tea Time
Jennifer Costa – Dillon’s, Boston
Muddled oranges mixed with Absolut Wild Tea Vodka and a splash of
Saint Germain shaken and served on the rocks and topped with lemonade and ginger ale.

 

The following are the Parish Cafe’s own cocktail creations.


Rye Peach Smash
Jim Beam Rye Whiskey with Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur, white peach puree, fresh mint, simple syrup, and sweet vermouth.  Shaken and served on the rocks with ginger ale.


Anytime Shandy
Your pick of draft beer served on the rocks with fresh lemon juice and lemonade.


Gingerly Sweet
Grandten Distilling Wire Works American Gin with St. Germain, fresh lemon juice, grapefruit juice and orange bitters.  Served on the rocks with a champagne float.


Traditional Paloma
Espolon Blanco Tequila served on the rocks with grapefruit soda, fresh lime juice and a salt rim.
For a smokier flavor, add a Mezcal float.


Blood Orange Mango Margarita
Sauza Giro Silver Tequila and Triple Sec with blood orange puree, mango juice, lime juice and sour mix.  Served on the rocks with choice of rim and a lime.


Watermelon Margarita
Sauza Giro Silver Tequila with Triple Sec, Watermelon Schnapps, fresh lime juice and splashes of sour and orange juice. Served on the rocks with a champagne float, choice of rim and a lime.


Cucumber Spritz
Muddled cucumber and lime topped with Hendrick’s Gin and Thatchers Cucumber Liqueur.  Shaken and served on the rocks with lemonade and a champagne float.


Mule with a Kick
Hanger One Chipotle Vodka served on the rocks with fresh lime juice and ginger beer.


The Peary Pom
Grey Goose Poire Vodka with triple sec and pomegranate liquor. Served on the rocks with pomegranate, orange, and lemon juice.


Watermelon Mango Tiki-tini
Bacardi Superior Rum with fresh watermelon, mango juice, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup.  Served up with a champagne float.


White Sangria

Pinot Grigio mixed with peach schnapps, guava and mango juices. Served on the rocks topped with soda water and an orange slice, in either a glass or a pitcher.


Red Sangria

Merlot mixed with brandy, orange liqueur, orange and pomegranate juices. Served on the rocks topped with a splash of Sprite and an orange slice, in either a glass or a pitcher.

Choose one of the following to make your favorite mimosa – Orange Juice & Triple Sec, Pomegranate & Triple Sec, Peach Puree & Peach Schnapps, Blood Orange Puree & Triple Sec, Apple Cider & Triple Sec, or Guava & St. Germain.
